  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely pack your unworn jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
