Guided by Lauren Cureton, this immersive breathwork and sound experience weaves together intentional breath and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered sound. As the breath opens the body, sound moves through it—supporting the nervous system, dissolving tension, and creating space for deeper awareness to emerge.
